Lauren and Markie
Lauren Ash Morgan, born in 1981 and has been a part of SSC's Board of Directors since the year 2011 she was one of the original co-artistic directors of Speech of Fire. While Artistic Director of SSC she was also SSC's costume designer, producer music director, composer and coach for text. While she was usually the leader of the acting ensemble at the end of her time, she made her first appearance as director (and Lighting Designer) for SSC's King Lear. Markie Post......................Markie Post is a noted American actress known for her roles as the public defender Christine Sullivan in NBC's sitcom Night Court the bail bondswoman Terri Michaels in ABC's drama series The Fall Guy and Georgie Anne Lahti Hartman in CBS's sitcom Hearts Afire. She has worked in various other television shows besides acting. The daughter of the scientist Richard F. Post and his wife poet Marylee Post was raised in Walnut Creek and Stanford alongside her twin siblings. Las Lomas High School, where she was a cheerleader. After a brief stint at Pomona College, she graduated from Lewis & Clark College. Post was previously married to Stephen Knox. Michael A. Ross has been her husband and co-writer since 1982. They have two daughters. Post is an excellent actress, an ideal wife and mom and an excellent role model for numerous Hollywood stars.
